I have my eyes set on aqua illuminations nano sol led lighting fixture and I was wondering what your opinions on leds compared to other lighting. Are leds capable of growing coral as efficiently as other fixtures/ lighting options or not and is it well worth the money?

For having a small budget you're sure looking at a pricey light fixture. LED is great. Aqua Illuminations fixtures are awesome, I have 4 myself, but there are other LED options out there that would be more budget friendly, and can provide just as good of results if done correctly. Look into some of the DIY options. They can be done for half of what an AI would cost.

I don't have a soldering gun and I have no knowledge in wiring leds and drivers

Plenty of info on the interwebs, and plenty of good members in the club that may be willing to show you how its done. Take the time to check it out before dismissing the idea.
