Torch and Frogspawn coral

    Everywhere I look online it says these 2 corals like medium to high light but to keep them low.  I was wondering if they like high light can I put them up high?  I have AI leds.

    My Frogspawn is doing great and I have it high in the tank. I am running MH though. You might want to put lower with the AI's

    We run ours under medium light, low to medium flow & it is very happy

    I run mine medium to low under ai's in a 75G
