There is a show this weekend with corals

    Figured Id pass this along. There will be a mixed show this weekend including freshwater and saltwater hobbiest selling fish, corals and dry goods right here in the Des Moines area so if you have time stop in and check it out

    I was planning on going but deer hunting snuck up on me. Dec.5th and boys have wrestling in Newton that Saturday as well 2 different directions we go.

    @JTFraggin19@JTFraggin19 will be there with the frag tank I will be at the meeting. But I will be there till about 1230 or so maybe before. Then Ill be there after the meeting

    There are several of these types of events in or near Iowa throughout the year, like the KC swap, one in Omaha in the spring, etc.

    Even though these aren't GIRS events they are hobby events so there's no issue posting them, in fact I think it might be wroth considering adding to the calendar or posting a thread in the Events area for them at least

    Yes KC is also this weekend... We were invited but cant do both lol.

    There is also another one in april in Omaha
