I agree if we all keep talking to friends and family that are in the hobby and get them to just visit one of our upcoming meetings they will want to join just from hearing all the fun we will have at meeting talking about this hobby and all the activities we want to do.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I may have been the one to get it started but it was all of us working together to get this far. Lets keep up the good work and try to get more people to join our region. I will be contacting three people that I know were ate the meeting but have not registered as of yet (that I know of). Hopefully they are still planning on it. in a few days after I get my mother settled in I plan on making up another flyer for our region and GIRS in general. I will post it on our Region's Facebook page and here (once I figure out how I can) so everyone can download it and post on bulletin boards in stores. This will help get our region out there for areas that you live in and not just where I may frequent.
