need some parts for my skimmer anyone have any or know where to get them ? @Bud any idea

 

Everything that’s missing the injector never had one of these MRC so I’m not sure what’s all missing so I posted a pic of what all I got

you can get replacement parts from Alan Spears <alan@seaatlanta.com>. I have this skimmer and ill be honest you are better off tossing and starting over. The beckett injectors alone are 200.00 each.

Eeesh those beckett injectors are crazy expensive. Is it possible to slap a mazzei injector on and convert it into a classic venturi skimmer?

 

That’s what I was thinking of doing but didn’t know if it would work

 

I would also use the mazzi.(3/4 or 1 inch) I would use two one for each hole. You might run into micro bubbles tho but always diffuse them with a filter shock or if you have baffles in you're sump you should be fine.

whats the ID of the pipe, maybe you can set it up like the old AE Tech ETSS skimmer's, bioballs in a tall pipe and a good size pump.

 

I have a mrc-4 skimmer i want to sell cheap. It fell off my shelf and cracked the top of base. It has 2 injectors. All included. It is in grinnell.

 

I am going to be in Muscatine Tuesday if yoit still interested.
