Yup, him, Hulk Hogan, and Andre the Giant were my favorites.

 

Hulk and macho man was def my favorites. Yall remember Bret Hart died?

 

Man macho is dead? What happened? He was deffinetly one of my top five favorites. But the ultamate warrior was my favorite of all time.

 

58 Years old, had a heart attack while driving-----> accident. Cause of death idk.

Hacksaw was in Mid-South Wrestling before WWF got so big and killed off all of the regional wrestling shows...

I remember seeing him go against "Dr. Death" Steve Owens (who also died in the last few years) at the Myriad in Oklahoma City. It was a "Spike Match". They had an Oklahoma football helmet at the top of a poll attached to one of the turn-buckles. The first person to get to the top of the poll and get the helmet, got to put on the helmet and spike the other... If I remember right, one of them actually got hurt for real and the match ended really quickly...

Those guys (like football players) really do beat up their bodies for the sake of entertainment... Seem like a lot of them die really young.

My favorite growing up was Kerry Von-Erich (Texas Tornado in WWF), he and his brothers were in World Class Championship Wrestling out of Denton Tx. All but one of them are dead now too, including Kerry (who committed suicide).
