I dont mean to be negative, but many people take the crap on RB as gospel when they are just a big advertising board.

But it seems like everyone in the world seems to be coming up with the next best additive or media. Brightwell, ESV, Seachem, Triton, Thrive, etc.

Basically it all breaks down into chemistry. Alk, calc, mag, water quality. Fancy labels or bottles really dont account for much. That is why BRS has had such great success. K.I.S.S.

As far as their other miracle ointments, we have seen it all before in No sick fish, ich guard, melafix, pemifix, etc. Nothing beats good husbandry & treatments.

There is no short cuts in this hobby
