    The new version of our website uses some updated script files.  If your browser still has some of the old files cached, it may cause an error when you try and post.
    To prevent this, please clear your browser cache before posting.
    Theoretically, reloading the page before posting by pressing control-F5 should have the same effect.

    It depends what browser you are using.

    For example, in IE 8 it's in the Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Browsing History.

    The easiest way is to just hit Control-F5 as it should have the same effect.
