NEEDED: 24W biocube 14 ballast

I just bought an Oceanic 14 gallon biocube and I got it home, plugged it in and the 10000 t5 wasn't working. Through process of elimination we've discovered that the ballast is bad in one of the two plugs for the lights. Looking for one online has proved unsuccessful. Looking to buy a 24W ballast specifically for Oceanic biocube 14 gallon.
