Need 6 GIRS members to volunteer for event

Hi All,
The GIRS Board of Directors is looking for 6 members to help out with the event.  We will need 4 people to check badges at the speaker door, each will be in charge of a speaker.  You will be responsible for admission to the room for 20 minutes.  10 minutes prior and 10 minutes after.  Please post here and let us know if you are willing to help with this great event!
We will also need 2 volunteers to help us clean up after the event.  We will start at 3:30PM until it is done, probably 1 hour max.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
Speaking Schedule:
Rod Buehler - 10:30AM
Adam Cesnales - 11:30AM
Reef Nutrition - 12:30PM
Anthony Calfo - 1:30PM

 

I will help with the 12:30/reef nutrition and if more help is needed I can help with some of the later times.

Guys, thanks for helping out! We still need 2 volunteers for cleanup after the show and two more for the other shows.

Now we only need two more volunteers. 1 for the 11:30 show and 1 to help clean up. Again, probably 20-30 minutes tops.

 

You would think with the price of the hall there would be staff there to handle the clean up...

I can help out with clean up.  I talked to the wife and she finally set in stone her plans for my daughter's birthday party that night.
