Fish suggestions for new tank

I will be starting up a new 34 gallon display tank soon. I'm taking suggestions for which fish to keep. I would like a group of 3 or 4 of the same species. Any ideas?

 

With that small of a tank, and same species, I would look at some small flasher wrasses.

 

How about a fish less tank with shrimp instead

 

I like where you are coming from. What else wacky could be added instead of
fish?

Nems....nems...nems. But if fish, you could do some chromis, theres a few interesting ones...Barrier reef, Vanderbuilt.
