54w ballast`s

I put a new ballast in my fixture 4 months ago and i was wondering if my more expirenced reefer friends had a better solution without purchasing a new fixture or LED upgrade. I am electrically handy as most of us must be, so i have a 4 bulb 48" t5ho fixture and each ballast runs 2 bulbs on seperate internal channels.

My thoughts are replacing the ballasts with more reliable easier to get units.

Any ideas?

 

I have 2 icecap 660's for another project but there way to big to fit in the fixture i have. Any other DYI possibly that i have missed?
