270 gallon package setup for sale

I have decided to keep to a smaller tank for awhile. Giving someone the opportunity to have a complete package that is ready to go. All you will need to do is build a stand for the tank. I have well over $3200.00 invested in the setup. Im asking $2700.00 cash for the whole package. If you add it all up new, you are getting one heck of a deal. Im going to offer this locally for 1 week. If no one is interested ill post on other sites.
I also have enough sand to fill the bottom of the tank at least 1 inch maybe more. sand is in buckets.
