25 Gal w/ HOB Fuge, Skimmer, Aquaclear Filter, few corals

I have a 25 gallon sw set up, a unique size, 24" x 12.5" x 21". I used this for less than 6 months before deciding I needed to move back down to one saltwater tank due to my busy schedule. I have it up and running again with live rock, sand, and corals from my existing tank.

I am also including a beautiful maxi mini carpet anemone I just purchased, because I cannot get it off of the really large rock it came on. I have tried all the tricks to get it to move, and I don't want to risk harming it. It just won't fit in my tank. It does however look great in this tank that is for sale! I've put in a hairy mushroom, a small frogspawn that is starting to split, and a couple other small frags.

This has a hang on back refugium where you can put chaeto and media, but I've also put an aquaclear filter on it. The fuge has a skimmer on it that works very well.

The black iron stand is nothing exciting, but I'm including it as well. A 15 gallon tank would fit under it on this stand.

The lighting is an Odyssea 20" 4x 18w (72w) T5 Extendable Fixture, also used for less than 6 months.

It also includes a heater and floating hygrometer/thermometer. I haven't used the heater, so I'm not sure it works, but it should.
