220 trade for a 180

It looks like we are selling our house and moving... I'd like to trade for a RR 180 with built in overflows or sell this tank and buy new. If you weren't lucky enough to do the tank tour, Jeremy took a couple of pics or if you want more i can get them for you. If someone wants to buy it out right, i'll figure out a good deal.

is it the 6 foot tank? is it taller then a 180 or longer.  my 180 is 72'' x 24'' x 24''.

 

it is taller.... 72x30x24

That really is a steal for this tank. I saw it on the tank tour, extremely sharp looking setup.

I just got off the phone with a cabinet maker and it's gonna cost me more to shorten the stand then it would to upgrade to better lighting, so i'm staying with the 220. thanks for the interest and replies.
