What Are You Using?

for lighting on your 40g breeder specifically?/DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/biggrin.gif  I got one to grow out frags of SPS, LPS and softies so help me out people!  Thank you!/DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/biggrin.gif

 

I personally would set up an LED fixture, and if that isn't going to work. I would try to get a T5 HO fixture with at least 4 bulbs.

 

I used to use T5 when I had one, worked very well.

You can get a ballast & make a 4 bulb hood very easy & it would work great.

 

my 40BR is a mushroom/anemone tank and has a 6 bulb tek light T5 fixture, it's an excellent light and has tons of output, I could keep SPS in there if I wanted

 

I just use a 250 watt MH Pendant.
