I've had great luck with Aiptasia X . Kills the first time without messing anything else up in my tank.

I will have to give a few of these a try. With the boiling water, what type of syringe do I need and how hot does the water need to be? literally boiling? Any tips would be helpful. Thanks!

I just use a syringe we had from the vet from when we had horses. Something like this:

I just get the water to boiling in the microwave in a coffee cup and try to use it immediately before it cools down. Just killed a couple of them this way last weekend. Seems to work well for me.

The aptasia x didn't work too well for me, they always kept coming back in different spots. I've had the most luck with peppermint shrimp.

I had the biggest outbreak of them of anybody you will probably come across. 2 ways. Majano wand. As well as this. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=23493 The product in the link is the best. Follow the directions and they'll be gone in no time.
