We're sneaking up on the 300 member mark very steadily as well. It will be 290 when JB renews. He expired yesterday!!!
Its going to be interesting to see what kind of membership we retain from the big group that signed up last fall. With any new ones we get at this event we should easily hit the 300 mark, but it might fall under again when that group expires on the 15th

I think we need to have a section that talks about the history of this club. Because until I talked to JB last night, I had no idea how young this club actually is. This not only explains a few things, but also is quite a story. Basically from the first frag fest to hosting MACNA in about 3 years. That is one hell of a statistic.

What it also tells me is that we very well could be on the verge of some explosive growth. And we had better be prepared for that. Which means the next few years are a pretty critical in terms of solidifying things so that they can be sustained with little need for change for the forseeable future.

How about some stats on a few things like:

unique hits/mo over the last few years
# of total users (not just members)
Activity of users (bar graph showing how many users actually visit the site per week/month over the last few years)
number of new users per month over last few years
number of 'dead' user accounts (never log on anymore)

stuff like that...just for kicks. maybe some of these could be thrown up on the screen at the business meeting after a short history-of-the-club lesson LOL
