I plan to use Coral Rx to dip newly acquired corals and then place them in Q tank for a couple weeks.  Can you do the dip in one large batch and dip all corals at same time (say if I were to get a dozen corals at a time)?  Or do they need to be done separately?

I dip all the frags I buy at springfest or fallfest all at once and I have never had a problem

Same here on the dipping , I just use the dip revive from julian sprung ,smells like pine sol. It works though.

Make sure you slosh them around real good after they have set in the dip. This is often when all the stuff falls off. The dip doesnt really kill the pests, more stuns them so they fall off easy.

    How long in the dip?

I was placing them in the Coral Rx for about 5-10 minutes. I plan to place a power head in there for flow/circulation. Should I do longer dip times for larger groups of corals in a big storage tub?

No only do what is suggested on the bottle, other wise you will stress the corals more than you need.
