Appologies from AC&C

    Hey all





    I would like to appologize for my unprepardness yesterday.





    I had absolutely no clue there would be that much demand or that big of a rush at the store, especially early on. I wrongly thought that everyone would head to the store after the raffle.





    We strive for excellent customer service, and we were unable to provide it yesterday. Also appologies to my wife and Big John for putting them through the ringer!

    Craig,

    I want everyone at AC&C to know that my first experience at your shop was great. Special thanks to your son and the other young man working the floor. I picked up a pair of B&W clowns and a box of RC salt, and they were very helpful. Your son even insisted on carrying my salt out to the suv!

    I enjoyed looking at the variety of corals and fish you had in stock!

    No complaints here.

    I think everyone expected it to busy and crazy. I had no issues what so ever. Service was great and actually very quick!! Thanks again for the amazing deals and great fish as always!!

    I was the first one to arrive AFTER the raffle. I was in a huge rush because I wanted to take advantage of the salt sale, look at a particular fish that you had in stock, and then I had to hit the road and get to Dubuque for a class reunion. I was in a mad-rush thinking that any second the flood gates of people would be coming in and I would get stuck in some long line to check out. (Ask John, I was in a panicked frenzy.) Then John said that there was a super mad rush on things earlier. It did get busy, but since I rushed over there (right after the "2nd" winner for the $1000 L.A. gift certificate was announced), I was in and out with my salt quick enough to check out all of the tanks before having to hit the road. I was asked at LEAST 4 times if I needed help. That was good service right there...

    Having never been there before, I was impressed with the amount or corals and jazzed to see the fish that were living in the coral tanks. What I was also impressed with (as were Kevin & Tony) was how quickly Craig was able to catch fish. Pipes are awesome, never would have thought of that.

    Well the bad news is, we are almost out of fish and inverts.

    Good news, I get to shop today and order a bunch more!

    Thanks so much for the support. I feel bad if someone has to wait in line to check out for more then two minutes. I like to stand in front of the coral tanks with one customer for as long as they want to ask me questions. I know at times, neither happened this weekend.

    I am glad you all were happy with the experience.

    Black Friday in 3 weeks!
